Mission #5

LADY BOYLE'S LAST PARTY

Streets

  • Blink to the left bank (or swim and climb up) and head right.

  • Blink up to or climb the large structure in the middle of the square, and from there to the balcony glowing blue.

  • Get a rune (1/3) from the Outsider Shrine (1/1) and a bone charm (1/2) from under the corpse.

    • You can stun the first Weeper right away. For the other two, wait for the first woman to walk in and to get out of the line of sight of the other one. Of course, you can also simply avoid them.

  • To avoid the Tallboys and reach the neutral area, blink across the bridge or cross it on foot while they walk away.

  • If for some reason you don't have your invite from Bunting's apartment, get one from the lady who's just lost it.

  • Loot the guard office on the right to get the Spiked Grenade Housing blueprint.

  • Go right and duel with Lord Shaw. It won't count as a kill if you use a sleep dart instead of a bolt or a gun.

    • Special Action: Defeated Lord Shaw in a Duel

    • ZRP. This (non)lethal takedown is mandatory to get this special action.

  • One of the two guards by the main entrance (still outside) has a key to the guard quarters. Grab it and go in.

  • Go upstairs and through the first window. Loot the abandoned apartment and get a bone charm (2/2).

  • Blink or jump to the flat balcony on the second floor, near a guard. Sneak behind him and enter the mansion.

Boyle Estate

  • Loot everything on the second floor, about 1,000 coins worth. Enter Esra's bedroom on the right. Loot it and pull the cord to access the secret passage near the ceiling. Go through the passage.

  • Enter Waverly's room on the other side of the passage. Get the Dunwall Tower Skeleton Key from the cabinet: this is essential for the next mission. Also get a painting (1/2).

  • There is another painting (2/2) in the central room full of vases. To get the other loot from this room you'll have to stun all the guards on this floor, or they'll hear the glass breaking.

  • Cross the bridge overlooking the atrium and enter Lydia's bedroom. Get the Basement Vault Key and some loot.

  • After looting all three rooms and reading all documents, you'll know which Lady Boyle you need to eliminate.

    • Alternatively, you can learn the Boyles' identities by getting Ms. White a drink: she's the lady with the insect mask, in the sitting room near the main foyer downstairs.

    • Special Action: Discovered Lady Boyle's Identity

  • Simply jump downstairs when the guards aren't looking. Sign the guestbook as "Corvo Attano."

    • Special Action: Signed Lady Boyle's Guest Ledger

  • On this floor, pickpocket everyone you see for great loot: just make sure that no guard is looking in your direction.

  • In the smoking room, by the music room, get the nonlethal option from Lord Brisby with the scarecrow mask.

  • When you're done looting, speak to the right Lady Boyle and get her to come downstairs. Go down to the kitchens via the stairs in the large dining room. When she joins you, stun her and deliver her to Lord Brisby below.

    • Special Action: Delivered Lady Boyle to Her Admirer, Lord Brisby

    • ZRP. This nonlethal takedown is mandatory to get this special action and the nonlethal outcome in general.

  • Loot the basement vault and get a rune (2/3). Leave through the door on the side of the basement.

Streets

  • Swim right and get the last rune (3/3) in the river. Climb or blink up on the right bank. Stay low, hug the right wall, and retrace your steps back to Samuel.

  • Grab the Abandoned Apartment Key from under the beds in the bunkhouse.

  • Speak to Martin and Havelock in the office and see the Dunwall Tower map.

  • Get a rune (2/3) in your room as a reward for sparing Lady Boyle's life.

  • Speak to Callista in the bar. Find Emily in the bushes by the abandoned apartment: she gives you a rune (3/3)

  • You can now afford to acquire Agility II and Dark Vision I, which, while not essential, make your life easier.

  • Buy what you want from Piero and leave with Samuel.
