RETURN TO THE TOWER

Courtyard

Swim to the water lock. Climb or blink up at the end and go right. Get a bone charm (1/2) from the passageway.

Climb up in the center and open the door. Blink or sprint left to avoid the arc pylon, then pull the tank to disable it.

Climb up to the top of the water lock. Go upstairs and exit on the balcony at right. Blink over to the next balcony, and then to the unfinished roof at right. No need to disable the wall of light or to stun any of the guards here.

ZRP. You can do the same without powers, but you must jump from the balcony just past the wall of light, which you can reach from the other side of the water lock: it just takes precise timing to avoid patrols.

Go right as far as you can. Get a rune (1/4) inside the bunkhouse at the center of the picture below, and then go behind it and left, as shown below:

Find a hole in the wall on the left. Climb in through the scaffolding. Avoid the patrols as you keep climbing.

Blink or jump across to the ledge on the tower building. Enter the tower through the red-lit hatch, as shown below:

Dunwall Tower​
​

Stay on the ledge and reach the balcony on the right, then go to the stairwell (S). Climb all the way to the top, pulling the whale oil tank to disable the arc pylon as you go.

Speak to the radio operator to get the nonlethal option and the Lord Regent's bedroom safe combination: 935.
-
Go down to the second floor. Enter the Lord Regent's chambers (L) at left. Get the audiograph from the safe and a rune (2/4) from the chest at the end of the bed.
-
Crawl under the fireplace in the Lord Regent's chambers to the music room. Get a painting (1/1) from the wall.
-
Return to the radio tower. Insert the audiograph into the slot. Go back down and witness the Lord Regent's arrest.

Special Action: Exposed the Lord Regent's Corruption Publicly

Go to Lord Regent's room balcony and blink down to the first floor. Enter the security room next to the guard next to the wall of light: he won't see you if you blink to his left and quickly open the door.

ZRP. You can do the same thing on foot by dropping from the second-floor side balcony.

Keep going through the barracks and the kitchens. Climb up to the vent shaft running throughout the corridor.
-
Go left and take the stairs down into the torturer's den (T). Use Bend Time to sleep-dart the hound, then choke the torturer. Get a rune (3/4) from the Outsider Shrine (1/1).

Watch out: time does not stop for the Torturer, so be sure to stand right behind him.

MFAS. Blink behind the Torturer. Choke him, pick him up, and sleep-dart the hound before it sees you.
-
ZRP. If you just want the rune and don't care about the special action, you can simply sneak very slowly between the hound and the torturer and grab the rune: neither will see or smell you.

Go back up and to the main hallway. Use the chandeliers to move around. Pull the lever next to the fireplace in the picture below to enter Jessamine's secret room (J). Listen to the audiograph and get a bone charm (2/2).

If you wish, there is plenty of loot in the rest of the tower, but nothing essential. When you're ready to leave, go up the stairs on the opposite side of the radio broadcast tower and exit the building to the rooftop (R).

On the rooftop, go forward to avoid the guards and go left. Approach the building from the right.

Climb in through the open window in the side alley. Go right and crawl under the catwalk to avoid the Tallboy
-
Avoid the Overseer below. Climb the stairs up to the war room. Get a rune (4/4). Leave the way you came.
-
Go back out and stand at the highest ledge of the tower, looking down on the courtyard. From here there are many ways out. See one in the picture below.

MFAS/ZRP. ​Jumping in the water works just as well, but watch out for the hagfish. You can also run-jump and blink to the top of the guard post in mid-air. You'll take massive damage, but you should survive.
