The Hound Pits Pub

Like a few other missions in Dishonored, this too can be finished very quickly thanks to an easy shortcut. If you prefer sneaking around looting while the guards are still conscious, feel free to do so.
Speak to Cecelia. Go upstairs. Get the Old Port District Sewer Key and the Abandoned Apartment Key.
Go out. Wait until the street is clear. Blink or run across and jump up to the ledge across the street.
Enter the bunkhouse (green circle in the picture below). Get the Arc Pylon Blueprints from Havelock's old office.
Leave the way you came. Go left and around the building via the ledge (green arrow in the picture below).

Blink up to the roof of Piero's workshop and sneak inside through the open window on the tower side.
Get a rune (1/1) and speak to Piero. When given the option, choose to stun everyone.
Go back upstairs. Fill a whale oil tank. Climb to the roof. Plug in the tank and activate the arc pylon.

Loot the bodies throughout the pub if you want. Buy supplies from Piero.
Find Emily's drawing in your room and Havelock's letter in the pub downstairs.

Speak to Callista in the tower and signal Samuel with the rockets. Go down to meet him and leave.
