This is a strategy guide for Arkane Studios' 2017 immersive sim Prey.
While there are many fun ways to play this outstanding game, this guide has a completionist approach: fulfilling all main and side objectives and finding all items, bodies, and locations.
I play on Nightmare difficulty, which is only available after finishing the game once. Playing on Very Hard isn't too different, while all other difficulty levels are substantially easier.
For each play-through, Prey players typically set gameplay goals based on corresponding achievements: with or without installing neuromods ("No Needles"), saving all humans ("I and Thou") or killing all humans ("I and It"), and so on. The guide explains all of these.
